Frozen Waters It is very rare to get ice in Lake Havasu City, AZ. In the summer, we can reach 125 degrees, and now with these temps in the 20s lately, it was kind of shocking to see a giant fountain frozen. It is not foam, it is actually layers of water that after it hit the water, it flowed into 4 layers of ice! Uploaded on 1/16/2013 7:01:13 PM
