Ryukyu Inu: Okinawa's Pedigree Dog This photo was taken May 25, 2008 at 7:46AM on Red Beach in Okinawa, Japan. A zoologist from Italy was researching and found the dogs on my blog. Luckily, I had the owner sign pet releases, in exchange for prints of the photo. These puppies are off to Italy, for publication. Pentax KD10, 18-250 lens at 250mm f/6'3 1/400 ISO 100.
