Red Admiral
~♥~♥~.♥.~♥~♥~
Yesterday, I woke to find hundreds of these butterflies fluttering around my weeping cherry tree. Not a common visitor to western New York, people here were delighted as they migrated through our region. Apparently the Red Admiral Butterflies, which are usually found in the south, traveled here due to our unusually warm weather and away from the stormy weather in the midwest over the past week.
