Happy T~K~W Day! ---- It's the REAL DEAL today. Beulah may never have met "T," but then again, she MAY have, after almost 40 years in the carnival business. I think she may be singing, "Happy Birthday" in this shot. ----- The current owners of Beulah are kind people who have been traveling with her for twenty years. They absolutely adore her, and she returns that affection so obviously. Beulah is immaculate and as gentle as can be. ---- For me, it was "love at first nuzzle." ------ While it seems a sad commentary that this 43-year-old elephant has had this job all her life, and has never met a male or had a chance to raise a baby.
