Trying out my new software again. "Smart Photo Editor". This Filter Is Called 3D VINTAGE
* * * Lots more was done here as well. I used Portrait Professional to Smooth The Skin, Change Eye Color. Also Adobe PSE7 to Change Out The BUSY BACKGROUND of the original Image. (I'll attach one more for you to see here.)
