Flowers Revitalized
I am not sure why I picked this image to do this assignment with other than I was curious to see if I could get these flowers looking halfway decent.
I painted in the "eaten" parts of the flowers. I then used CS5's Quick Selection tool and Quick Mask to make a selection (it was a pretty easy selection). I used Bokeh to further blur the background. I then used Nik Color Efex Pro with U-point technology to apply a Tonal Contrast to the front flowers. I did this twice as I couldn't seem to get the effect I wanted with just the sliders. I wanted a really high tonal contrast so I could apply a glamour glow with out losing too much detail.
