Meet Rudy Chasing the sunset in West Friesland, the light was at it's golden prime highlighting the historic windmills in all their majestic glory. This was great - but to a cat person like myself, coming across a European kitty cat in such perfect of settings was more than the icing on the cake. Light, cat on fence, windmill in background and joilla! Just down a lane was a homestead where several children were calling to "Rudy" who unbeknownst to him had suddenly become the star of about a dozen photographers clicking like mad. Rudy ignored us for some time, then tired of our mania and jumped off the fence and trotted into the tall grass toward home.
