Cotton Candy Sky
This was shot last summer while scouting the evening before leading a backpacking workshop in the Northern Sierra. I felt a little greedy catching a nice sky but the next few Sierra sunrises and sunsets didn't disappoint and the students were smiling!
I've been busy packing up for some time up in North Eastern California and since I haven't been there before the research has taken up a lot of time. The further north you go the longer it takes for the snow to melt! Don't you just love visiting new places, too bad it isn't Tahiti. Tropical, that will be the day.
