You can word the release for whatever it is you don't want them doing. Since you didn't say, I'm guessing you feel okay giving a cd with pictures but don't want them doing more than making their own prints.

I am ok with them using the CD for their own printing. I was told to add the info that the copyright was included so they could use it at what ever lab they choose. I give them a note so they can show it to say Wal Mart or other labs that require hard copy info. On the other hand I am not responable for the quality of any labs work except my lab. Do you think I should change the wording to print release.. my websit is www.dlthomasphotography.com and she said it was under Senior ording info.

You should add a release for printing. Preferably on some letter head if you have it.
If you don't do this as a business and don't have letter head, put some contact information with it because photo labs usually won't reprint photos if they think it's been done by professionals. It have to have anything that says copyrighted directly on it for them to decline reprinting them.

You could add a file on the cd also that says everything is okay to print.

"It have to have anything that says copyrighted directly on it for them to decline reprinting them."

Meant to say it doesn't have to have anything that says copyright on it for them to decline printing it.
