How to Get the Flood Effect?

  It's not very expensive ... only about $20. I downloaded the trial version and bought it the next day. It's fun to play around with.

2. to use the flood filter from FlamingPear (referenced above) on your photo to submerge the foreground with the realistic pseudo-3D watery reflections.
