Shooting Photos From Bridges When shooting pictures FROM bridges, even with a tripod, does the vibration from the bridge adversely affect the sharpness of the picture? Thanks.

Yes ... especially if there's steady traffic. On the longer bridges, the vibration from traffic is more pronounced, and there can even be some minute "swaying" if it's windy.
