Considering a New Camera I have had my Olympus 750 ultra zoom for only one year. I have learned a great deal through BetterPhoto, and now I am thinking of buying a SLR. Should I wait or go for it? I have only done ANY type of photography for one year.

Hi Martha. It depends on your finances, and how much you enjoy photography. Were you meaning a film or digital SLR? You may wish to wait if only to decide what type of photos you will enjoy doing the most. Then use the money saved to invest in accessories for that - like studio lights, reflectors, backgrounds, flashes, tripods, camera bags, monopod, light stands, memory cards, etc. When you do decide to go with a digital or film SLR, start saving for more lenses, filters, etc. Good luck with your endeavor. Regardless of what you decide to do ... just keep enjoying yourself and capturing images.
