Thanks Dom, Bonnie, Tammy, Linda, Deb, Meghan and Carolyn! No change in our weather here yet but the TV shots of the coast line look like the waves are getting pretty big. The sea all in Galveston is 12 feet tall and the waves are already breaking over the top with Ike still a few hundred miles out. If Ike takes a turn to the east which is pretty common down here it will be bad news for Marsha Smith and other BPers in the Beaumount/Lake Charles area. Ilana's (fellow BPer) daughter (works for Continental Airlines)is in a Conroe shelter just 10 miles north of us here in The Woodlands. You know it might be bad because Wal-Mart is closed :0)
