Thanks, Christie :-) I have found the best time to photograph flowers outside is after a good rain while it's still overcast, or in early or late sunlight when the light is warm... the colors will be their truest. Good to hear from you!

You are so right Christine! I have not had the chance to do this with my new camera...used to do it all the time with my point and shoot and got some amazing pics! Now with 2 kids and one on the way I shoot when I can and it's not often! LOL! Anywho....my grandfather would have loved this photo! I reminded me of him the moment I looked at it. He passed away a little over a year ago and roses with waterdrop on them were his favorite! I just think this one is beautiful and with such vibrant colors! Nicely seen and captured!
