Thanks, everyone! Here's the link to the retouching technique I use: http://www.graphic-design.com/Photoshop/glamour.html I was trained by the Glitterguru herself in this technique. After about a year of practicing I'm finally getting it right. To get the color right I just increase the contrast in Photoshop to 10 - 15. It makes the skin glow & saturates everyhing.
