Batb, I'm lucky to have windows on three walls in this room, so the light was on her front, but also on the back of the skirt. To emphasize the little girl in the light, I used a layer to darken the walls and floor. I pulled the levels down on this layer, and used a mask to darken just where I wanted more shadow. I also upped the color saturation and contrast. I was just lucky that she happened to stand there like that...she's two years old, and not still for very long at a time!
