Do you know what your settings were for this picture? I love taking star trail pictures, but have problems getting the settings just right - usually the sky ends up with too much light. Looks like you got it just right in this one!

Instead of taking the exposure in one long shot, I divided the exposure to 30 sec shorter exposures. then I combined all the exposures into one shot using hte program Star Trail 1.0. I used about 240 photos to get the above shot.

Deviding the one long exposure to shorter exposures insures that the light does not accomulate as you shoot.
