I love the filters and colors you used Donna, and the POV and long and low crop really lend to my being able to visualize being right down there with them playing in the sand! Yes, I'm a big kid, I'd be right in the middle of it. LOL!

I desaturated the image and applied the Orton Technique to get the dreamy feel. Then I used a gradient and pattern layer to get the colors and textures.
