Deb- Hello there my friend. Thank you so much for all the kind comments. It was a lovely way to start the day. Your visits are so looked forward to. I spend some time working with air brushing and still have alot of things to learn in that area. Then I went to embossing and found that with so many controls that I was able to get the effect. One important control is defraction. This really sets up the look of the picture. It is a filter combined with adjustments to the saturation, hues, brightness, blur, and other adjustments. I experimented with another picture and was able to get an oil painting look. So its several filters and alot of fine adjustments to various controls. I think the defraction is probably the biggest factor in how this one turned out. Will be doing some more work with these filters and adjustments on future work.
