Cattail Diptych
First image is unedited, second is edited. I created 3 layers and adjusted levels and b&c to create an hdr image. Then I used master opacity to change opacity of the layers in order to have the varying exposures. On the middle layer I adjusted color curves to solarize, using 97%opacity to create the gradient in the background. Played with hue and sat, then flattened image. Flipped image horizontally to mirror the original. Placed the two side by side to create the diptych.
