Wonderful composition Steve. I really like the way the bent grass in the forground contrast with such a gorgeous sky. Was this taken from your cabin as well?

AHhh, sweet vacations!! BEAUTIFUL image! Love your blue, blue sky with it's hint of an oncoming glorious sunset and the swaying silhouetted grasses! A very COMFORTABLE & relaxing view!! Bet it was HARD to come back home!!

There is a great sense of movement in the bending of the plants. The yellow of the sky behind them enhances this sense. Quite lovely.

Mitch, Dianna, David and others have said it so nicely. I, too, love that yellow behind and silhouetting the grasses. The fine delicate patterns of the grass heads and the wispy clouds are nicely anchored by the solid dark ground and deep blue sky. This is a lovely photo, Steve,

Thank you so much, Nikki. To be honest, this image was an afterthought. I was mainly focusing on shooting straight into the sun at sunset when I looked left and thought, "Hmm, just might have an image here." :)
