Actually most Tibetan Buddhist would consider it to be a profound blessing! This is a wonderful image of this remarkable spiritual leader.

I was a little shy about saying how much this experience meant to me - it was definitely a profound experience. Just being His Holiness' presence has a grounding, calming feeling, and to feel the warmth and strength of his greeting was something I never thought I would experience in this lifetime. I've studied with a few Tibetan Rinpoches, and always walk away just amazed at their genuine compassion and extraordinary sense of peace.
