I made this image of a lioness roaring in the shade by using a 300L lens and a car window as a support for the camera. I manually focused this scene through a chainlink fence at a wide open aperature of 4.0. I post processed it to greyscale.

Another wonderful capture, Donna. Especially under those conditions.

Excellent Donna!!! I like the cross hatching of the fence, and the greyscale choice.

Hi Leanne, Colette and Paul. Thank you all very much for the comments.

As you all know, I don't post very many B&w images, but when I converted this, it really reminded me of the artwork that did years ago. I did pencil dot+slash drwaings and this image was so close to something that would have drawn that I kept it converted thinking that maybe someday I would copy it and have a piece in both mediums. Thanks again.

Donna, it does definately reminds me of the drawings that you used to do. I love this picture and think you made a good choice using the gray scale. Ma
