I think I was a bit too hasty with this... I'll try again tomorrow! When I have more than a couple of minutes to but something together.

The first thing I can say after looking at it is: it has an enormous depth, Damian. I love experiments like this!

Thanks all!

This was a little tougher than I thought, I gave it a 2nd shot, but I looks like I still need practice.

Hi Damian:
Beautiful colors,nice shot...!!!!
Do not worry so much at getting things
done as you would have...so quickly...
Examine at ease your photos and see what you think you can improve by get
ting more info about composition...have
fun...relax...and you will see even bet
ter results....Go on an online course
maybe... If you can accept some simple
suggestions from a colleague friend,who
is also fond of this kind of pics......
Maybe some other colleagues might think
differently, and they have the right to
do so,as I have mine...My advice to our
friend is: Get closer, avoid in this case, panoramic views of this type, work
more with composing creatively fore
grounds with attractive perspectives...
do not try to include everything you
see...be selective...that is the reason
of the various perspectives...they add
charming depth to the pictures....
In your colorful picture for example,
imagine what an even beautiful compo
sition would have been,if you would have croped the sides and concentrate
on the center of the picture...?
I hope my sincere advice helps you,
Good luck,Luigi

Thanks Luigi! The pano was for fun and strictly a throw away shot, so I took the liberty to have some fun with it! I appreciate your suggestions and comments. I do need to take more time with these - people make me nervous, so I try to take my pictures as quickly as possible as to not dry any attention to myself...

And thank you Josselyne!

Nice overall shot. What really helps make this photo stand out is the beautiful sky. What struck me immediately wrong was the feeling that the sky and sea do not fit together. Too much a "cut in half" feeling. If you add a slight reflection (golden color)from the sky into the water, I think it will make it a more realistic photo and tie the picture together better.
