Very nice angle and it's nice to see a night shot of this place. I've been there also. The color contrast of the incandescent light with the sky is also great!

I completely agree with all the other commentors, Marianna, this is indeed spectacular. I'm wondering if you did any digital enhancements to capture the angle of the sun's rays from the left and the glorious golden light on the face of the building? Or did the water reflect the light back onto the building? Just beautiful. :-) Judy M.

Judith, the building and bridge are illuminated so the bridge and building illumination reflects on the water. This image was originally done for advanced PS class here at Betterphoto so there is a lot of PS work (there are two merged skies here).
