What a wonderful picture, Paul. Until I lost my beloved canine companion this summer, we spent many, many hours traipsing thru parks and countryside and we would both "smile" when over the next rise would come some more dogs loving their walk.

I don't take any offense at all! :) This is a beautiful image, Paul. The composition is perfect! The fall colors are wonderful! Thanks for your comment on Laura's portrait. I don't usually spend as long on the painted portraits as I did on this one. It had so many problems it took me somewhere between 8-10 hours working over 3 days!
