Is this at Kinderdijk?
Looks like you used an ND or coloured Grad over the top of the image... it's almost too much, since you would expect the relections to be no brighter than the sky.
Nice composition! Makes me want to hop on a plane and go back to Holland!

Richard Vdovjak 		  Yes Mark, it is Kinderdijk
and yes a ND was used to lighten the foreground a bit. You might be right that it turned out to be a bit too much.
