Hoofmark
Hoofmark
Picture was taken in National park “Asbyrgi” in Iceland. It is believed to be an old canyon made by the glacial river Jokulsa but the more “believeable” story is that it’s a hoofmark of Odin’s 8 legged horse, Sleipnir.
Once Odin was riding the sky and his horse slipped and put one hoof down on the earth and made this perfectly horse shoe like mark in the surface.
