Thank you so much Susan, Janine, Mary, Naomi, for your comments. I totally didn't expect that there will by any comments on this photo. Well how I did it...easy.I took a picture of each card separately, cut'em all and paste into one document, then I added some shadows to make it look more realistic and here it is.
