Sure Julia I would be more than happy to help you out. First off you want an overcast day and a somewhat shady area. I also use a polarizer to make it a bit darker. Also helps knock off glare on rocks. I used a setting of about f/16 and 10sec. here. But that is using Velvia at an ISO rating at 40. When using an 100iso film your sec. will be a bit shorter but can still get the same effect. Make sure you use a tripod and maybe a cable release or your timer.
