Sure, Christine,
I placed the the main image without the sheep over a close up of a moss covered stone. I blended it using "hard light." I ran a dispacement map on it: Filter/distort/displacement map. I then added the sheep and blended them in with an adjustment layer. Summery of the technique is in Caplin's How To Cheat In Photoshop.
