Thank you Robyn, Nicole, Carolyn & William... Robyn..dup the layer..added slight gaussian blur, brought back the eyes, nose, mouth...adjusted curves, levels, selective color(black) & burned the grass with the burn tool:)

Hey William:) Bringing back means I erased with the eraser tool the eyes, nose, mouth to bring back the clarity of them. That's why when adding a blur you duplicate the layer so you can erase back in the clarity of the important parts:) Hope that makes sense:)
