Among other things, I worked in a multi-trade shop in the Navy and I was always fascinated with the carpenters starting with some raw walnut, etc. and making some beautiful piece. That was where I picked up again what my father did, which was woodworking and the use of the lathe. Excuse my crazy typos! Jim
