outstanding image gary!!! just beautiful. love the detail and background blur and the light caught in the droplets. im a firm believer in using tripod and remote cable as well, at least whenever possible. in definetly shows in this beautiful image. what lens was used? congrats. regards - thomas

A great find and an exceptional photo, Gary! The exposure captures the light reflections perfectly and the short DOF keeps the focus on the drops. Topped off with crystal clear detail too! This one should be a winner! Congratulations so far :-)

Thanks a lot Gary - high praise indeed! This was one of those mornings when there was dew all over everything. I found several webs and took a lot of shots, but was very fortunate to find this one as the sun came up. It was oriented so that I could get it from a flat front view against the morning sunlight, allowing the shallow DOF to work.
