aperture f 5.6, shutter 1/8, lens - 50mmThis started as just two photos of a primrose and was selected, cut out and placed back together in three layers. Each layer manipulated with filters, drop shadows, saturation and color enhancements until I was satisfied. One of the photos was taken on a tripod while the other was taken with moving the camera very quickly in a circular pattern.

Wow - this is totally awesome! First thank you everyone for your messages of support and congrats. Also, a big thank you to BetterPhoto! I had fun putting this one together. I wanted to try something different and really got some of the inspiration from looking at everyone elses digital work. Now I know how much time can go into just one shot. I kept changing colors, tones until it seemed finished. Sometimes that is the hardest thing to do...walk away from a piece and say your done. Thanks again - G
