Nice night shot. Perhaps consider recropping or better, reshooting it to remove the large black spaces to the left and to the top. Fill the frame a little better with the building and the reflecting lights to the right. Regards,

Actually I'd suggest it as a vertical. Fill the frame with the building and the reflection with the black background. The light on the right is brighter than those on the building so it bothers me as my eye keeps wanting to "bounce" back and forth from the main subject and the area that's the lightest (the light on the rt).
