Let me say a big THANK YOU for your time and the nice words you found to congratulate. I have just returned from a tour to the Alps and had no internet connection for more than a week - kinda nice for a change - but of course I missed the results of last month's contest: all the great photographs that won prizes. I want to CONGRATULATE all of you who were successful and at the same time apologize for being so late. My mailbox had some 500 comment notifications when I reconnected today!I'd also like to warn all of you who post to Digital Photo Contest. Some freak is using their email and sends virii. Be careful, if you receive an email sent by "support@onrequestimages.com"!!
The virus is packed into an attachment. If you click on it, it starts sending emails to all kind of people using your address as sender. Typical size of the mail is about 64 kb. The virus was detected by my antivirus software, but even the right mouseclick to scan it made it work - fortunately only once as I detected it so quickly. I informed DPC right away and they told me they were working on it. During my absence I received ten!! more emails with the same virus again. Please be careful!!
