These are the settings I used:
F22, ISO-100, -1.3 Step, 0.6 Sec Exposure, No Flash, No Tripod.
The room was totally dark. I used a light fixture with a few light bulbs, hanging from the ceiling. I layed down under the lights and basically moved around the camera in a circular motion. I still need to figure out if there is a way to do it without having so much white, but the kids woke up in the middle of my fun. Probably also using a tripod would help the clarity.
