Gosh I don't mean to seem ignorant, but I guess I am. What does everybody mean by best of Luck on the next round? Does that mean that the first place and second place are picked from all the finalists? Hmmm...if it is I had no idea. I thought they reserved the 1st and 2cd for later out of the whole stock of entries? I am new to this can someone clarify for me?
