Thank you, Jessica. I'm pleased to know you like them. Generally I use Dave Jaseck's dream action which runs in Photoshop or Elements. There is a link for the action listed in the comment section of my Spring Has Sprung shot. Another option is the Auto FX dream filter or the use of the gaussian blur filter found in Photoshop.
