Thanks, Claudia. I'm glad it looks that way - that's what inspired the title. But actually, it was a bit warmer w/ the sun that afternoon and the wind hadn't picked up yet, but we actually are getting "real" winter now with gusts to 50mph & temps in the 20s!!! It's COLD!!! I can shoot for only VERY limited periods of time. Time to find battery operated gloves, but fast!

Sure -- that's one of my more obvious ones, actually. It was the top tree branches of my katsura tree -- so about the top 1/3 of one corner of it, I'd guess. The background was just blue sky with light from the near edge of the sun going behind a roof top. That's probably more than you wanted. Should have said: tree branches!
