Hi Kay, thanks for the warm comment! Vector images are like line drawings or illustrations.(notice the comic book look of the image) Adobe illustrator is the major program that illustrators use, but photoshop can also generate simple vector like images using the cutout filter and the find edges filter. If you have Photoshop, and would like to try the technique on some of your images, I will email you the technique. Norm ,:-)
