Excellent cat portrait, Diane! Very nicely composed and shot. btw, the 500 pixel limit is for the shortest side. In this picture you can go to 500 pixels in height and be greater than 500 in length.

Diane, you can go as wide as you need as long as you're only 500 high. Or...you can go as high as you need as long as you're only 500 wide. Many of my panoramas are far wider than 800 pixels.
