Tamron 90mm macro lens set to f/8 on a tripod with natural light. My son caught this ladybug and named him Buddy :O) oh, and this was desaturated and then red was re-added.

This is very much a WOW photo... I absolutely luv it.. You could frame and sell this any day of the week.. Great shot ! and good call on the desaturation with selective coloring. Perfect!
