Thanks, Linda. I took this picture when she was playing a video game while dressed up in costume. I used Paint Shop Pro 9’s black and white sketch, pre set.
Then to remove the speckling from her face, I simply clone brushed the speckle from her cheeks and neck. Then I used the air brush/spray can tool, to add the facial features/shadows.
