Enrique R. Cerda 		  Are the white and red lights that appear at street level the tail lights of vehicles passing by? Was a filter used so the photo was not over exposed? Excellent shot!

Exactly, they are the lights of vehicles passing by. I didn't use any filter. At that time, Paris wheather wasn't good. There was foggy. The fog captured the light from the building.

Gildas Deograt 		  There were some groups of tourist, but not a lot. I needed to re-shoot 4-5 times, because there was always some people passthrough in front of my camera during long time-exposure.
