These boots are made for...
Nikon D100, 70-300 at 90 mm, 1/80th at f9. Seems like all my photos are of texture too. And right you are, Bryan. I am a massage therapist and kind of touchy/feely kind of person by trade :-) I was going to do this for pattern, just the shoe laces. I put it in the sun coming in from a window and saw these shadows...so I used them for lines.
