EFFICIENCY : 100kg(i.e. 60kg de farine) in 3 hours
WIND SPEED REQUIRED : 5 to 8m/s (20 to 30km/h) i.e. 100 à 120 jours par an
PARTICULARITY : Only survivor of the windmills from the french country of the Gâtinais. Worked till 1890.
