I've seen so many wonderful still lifes posted here on BP. I thought I'd try one. Still waiting for that Still Life category so we have somewhere to put them though! :-) ~1/40, F-5.6, ISO 1600, 105mm, no flash, Dry Brush and Film Grain filters in PSE~

I really like the textural effects you've given this, as well as the golden tones and muted colors. This has an old world quality to it that I find appealing.

WOW I love it. Orange is my favorite color and this tone of it is awesome. I also like your still life and the effects you have used. I VOTE FOR A STILL LIFE CATAGORY AS WELL.

Wow! You guys are so great! I really appreciate your stopping in and leaving such wonderful feedback! I thought it had an old world quality, too. Kind of like Tuscany with the gold/orangey tone. I'm pretty sure I put it in the digital darkroom category, Debby. And just for some trivia; the bowl was handmade by a friend of mine in NC. :-)
