Thanks Bob and all. This was near Horseshoe Park. Believe it or not, it was taken just last week (August 26th). Even the rangers are amazed at how early the rut is starting this year. The bull elk have gathered their harems, are bugling, and as you can see, are all polished up.

Very nice shot. The framing is really nice. I was also at the park on Monday shooting moose, and the elk were already starting to bugle. Again, very nice image.
